Hi, I'm Nick Colonna. I bring more than 8 years of Recruiting experience to Column Recruiting, through which I have and continue to support hundreds of small to medium sized businesses. In addition, I have worked internally at the highest level of the corporate world. It's safe to say I've built and contributed to many different hiring practices across the US.

These experiences provided me with subject matter expertise in the field of Talent Acquisition. I've trained and mentored hundreds of Talent Acquisition colleagues on subjects which include, candidate screening & interview prep, navigating recruiting tools, maintaining candidate satisfaction, and more. I also have a proven record of improving workflows and hiring processes to maximize efficiency.

Column Recruiting is my way to give back to charity. Although I'm partial to animal rescues, through donating a portion of each placement or consultation fee, I'm excited to partner with my clients to empower communities of their choosing.
